The meal I cooked honestly tasted better than everything I tried in Thailand so far! This was once of my highlights in my Thailand trip. After the class was over he dropped us off. He called me about 15 minutes later telling me I forgot my water bottle. To me this was no regular water bottle it was my huge metal Yeti water bottle that I most definitely did not want to lose. He went above and beyond and dropped off my bottle at the place we were staying at. If I could I would rate this a 20/10. I highly recommend this place to everyone.   Have taken dozens of cooking classes around the world, and this one is one of the absolute best ever, and quite an incredible value. Each participant (there were 6 of… read more us) gets to choose 5 recipes to make, one from each of 5 categories. Amazingly, the owner/instructor manages to simultaneously teach each student how to make their recipe, without missing a beat! I think this is partly because of very carefully planned menu options that have similar cooking times, etc. Of note, this is a true cooking class, not a demonstration; everyone has their own prep station and their own gas cooktop and wok station. He is also just a super nice, congenial, happy, and fun guy! Everyone had a great time, every recipe came out perfect, and there was a huge amount of food!!
